Doug – Business & Product Development

With an eye for opportunity and a deep understanding of rider needs, Doug plays a pivotal role in steering product development. He brings expertise, insight, and big-picture thinking that help us expand and refine our product lines. When there’s a new idea brewing or a product improvement in the works, Doug’s guidance is behind it.

Steve – Technical Lead & Product Expert

Steve brings deep mechanical knowledge and hands-on expertise to the BrakeCrafters team. As a Technical Advisor and Product Expert, he helps ensure our kits and products are reliable, well-designed, and rider-approved. Whether he’s evaluating components or supporting customers with installation questions, Steve’s precision and product insight help keep riders confident and safe on the road.

Doyle – Technical Advisor & Customer Service Lead

If you’ve ever called BrakeCrafters, you already know Doyle—he’s the friendly, knowledgeable voice on the other end of the line. As our Customer Service Lead, he handles all customer calls with patience, clarity, and a true passion for helping riders. Beyond customer support, Doyle is also a Technical Advisor and Product Expert who contributes significantly to kit production, product accuracy, and technical troubleshooting. Whether he’s answering questions, solving problems, or offering expert setup advice, Doyle is at the heart of our rider experience.

Abbey – Store Manager & Social Media Lead

Abbey wears many hats—and wears them exceptionally well. She keeps the storefront running smoothly, oversees customer communications, and brings BrakeCrafters to life across social media. If you’ve read our posts, received fast online support, or enjoyed a seamless shopping experience, Abbey’s hard work is behind the scenes making it all happen.

Candy – Store Operations & Kit Crafter

Every package that lands on your doorstep has been meticulously packed by Candy. While crafting kits with care, she ensures accuracy, and ships orders quickly so riders can get back on the road ASAP. Her attention to detail keeps our fulfillment process efficient, reliable, and customer-focused.

Dusty – Accounting & Finance Lead

Dusty keeps the numbers—and the business—running smoothly. As the accounting lead, she manages financial operations, handles bookkeeping, and ensures everything behind the scenes stays accurate and organized. Her work provides the stability and structure that allow the rest of the team to focus on serving riders and building great products.

Lisa – Operations & Personnel Manager

Lisa plays a key role in building and supporting the BrakeCrafters team. We count on Lisa to continue to build our team with talented people who share our commitment to quality and customer care.
